Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.

. Unwashed
• Unscented
• Free of stains
• With original tags attached
• Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at info@theimpressivefactor.com with the following details:
1. Reason for the return or exchange.
2. Product name(s) and quantity.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or charged during the exchange process.
Processing Your Return or Exchange
• The return process will begin once we receive your item(s).
• Our team will carefully inspect the returned product(s) to ensure they meet the above eligibility criteria.
• If the product is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business day.
• If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
